Duties: Will be responsible for all Branch Operations, including staffing, sales, budget, community development, compliance and all other duties as assigned. Must be comfortable directing and coaching staff in a sales driven environment. Will work with the Branch Development Manager to increase credit union membership.
Minimum Requirements: Must have prior supervisory experience in a credit union or bank. Prior experience supervising employees is required. Excellent customer service and community relations skills are a must. Consumer and real estate loan experience highly preferred. Bilingual (English/Spanish) applicants highly preferred.
