||Branch Manager II
Duties: This position is responsible for all functions of assigned branch with particular emphasis on managing within a member driven, sales and service environment. This position also plans, directs and controls the activities of branch personnel towards attainment of branch goals including production, sales, quality member service, and security control.
Minimum Requirements: The ideal candidate must have 5-8 years related managerial experience of all phases of branch management involving member service, sales goals, quality and budget control. In addition, the ideal candidate must have excellent managerial skills with emphasis, on planning, organization, motivation and leadership, as wells as a thorough knowledge of regulatory compliance, and consumer lending products.
This is a full time Exempt position and you must be willing to serve as Saturday Branch Manager when assigned.
