||Call Center Member
Job Duties: Assist members by phone and mail in ALL areas of credit union services. Process transactions, ACH, inquiries, stop payments and cross sell ALL services. Quote rates, discuss loan programs and rates, research problems, handle wire transactions and handle all incoming calls in a timely manner. Discuss with Non-Members membership eligibility and offer services in an effort to acquire a new account.
Minimum Requirements: Prior banking/credit union experience required. Must be able to work under pressure and independently. Must possess excellent verbal and written skills and have the ability to handle difficult incoming call situations. Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are highly preferred.
Special Instructions: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including Saturdays. Part Time - 28 hrs per week.
