A Message from the PresidentAt PLCU, we are always looking for ways to make banking better and easier for you.  You have told us that you would like access to your accounts beyond our regular branch business hours; in fact, you need instant access around the clock, wherever you are.

Anytime access is a driving force in today’s financial world, as American consumers are rapidly changing the way they bank. For example, a recent financial survey* showed 62% of respondents preferred online banking to other methods, up from 36% in 2010.  And only 20% said they preferred visiting a branch, down from 25% last year.

We are committed to keeping pace with current financial technology and ensuring that PLCU is always handy.

PLCU Online
Online banking has made “bankers’ hours” obsolete; your account information is literally at your fingertips day or night.  And you can perform essential transactions without a teller.

28,000 surcharge-free CO-OP ATMs in all 50 states
Even long-time members are surprised to learn we have more free ATMs than any bank.  And 5,500 of them are in easy-to-find, well-lighted 7-Eleven stores, for extra security when you need cash at night.

4,400 CU Service Centers® shared branches nationwide
There are several thousand shared branches across the country where you can conduct PLCU business.  This is because, unlike banks, credit unions often cooperate to help each other’s members.  Just have an ID and your PLCU account number handy.

eStatements
Review your account statement from anywhere because it’s online, not in your filing cabinet at home.  And you can download your account information into Quicken, Microsoft Money or other personal financial programs.

Bill Pay Online
It’s more convenient to pay bills electronically.  It makes managing your payments easier; you simply tell us who to pay, when and how much.  And you can review your payment history at a glance.

eDeposit
Upon enrollment, you can scan a check using your home or office scanner and deposit it directly into your PLCU account.
