Are You Concerned About Your Mortgage?
We Understand. Let Us Work With You.
Are you concerned about your ability to make your mortgage payment during these challenging times? Allow us to work with you to avoid the possibility of foreclosure. PLCU is committed to providing you the opportunity to discuss your finances with us.
If you find yourself unable to pay your mortgage or are having difficulty doing so, we may be able to offer you options to help keep you in your home. We encourage you to contact us directly at 888.495.3400. A member of our staff will contact you within one business day and will work with you to review your individual situation and discuss your potential options. These options may include a deferment plan to help you get back on track, a loan modification to temporarily change the terms of your mortgage loan and lower your payments, or a combination of the two.
You can begin the process of requesting a loan modification by accessing the Financial Statement provided. We request that you complete this form and provide us the appropriate additional documentation requested on the form.
In addition, we can provide you with various other resources to help prevent foreclosure. These resources include:
- We have partnered with Balance, a debt counseling organization that offers free, confidential debt counseling services to help you review your finances and develop a plan for meeting your monthly expenses should this be helpful or necessary. We encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to review your situation with a BALANCE agent.
