Home loans are available on residential zoned properties located in California.  All applications are subject to lending criteria approval including, but not limited to, credit history, property approval, and loan to value.

The Annual Percentage Rates (APRs) presented are for owner-occupied properties.  Your final interest rate will be determined at time of loan approval and will be based upon such factors as, but not necessarily limited to, your credit history and loan to value.  The APRs reflect fees of $78, which consist of $18 for flood determination and $60 for tax service.  The APRs also reflect any points (including origination and discount fees) listed.  All rates, terms and conditions presented are effective 5/18/08 and are subject to change without notice.  Other terms and conditions may apply.

Through July 31, 2008, Point Loma Credit Union will pay both the appraisal fee and processing fee on your behalf for all First Trust Deed loan applications.  This is a savings to you of $600.00.


* Attention:

As a result of the Economic Stimulus Act of 2008 being enacted into law in February 2008, maximum conforming loan amounts have been temporarily increased through December 31, 2008.  If the property you are financing is located in San Diego County, the maximum conforming loan amount is $697,500.  If the property you are financing is located in Riverside County, the maximum conforming loan amount has been increased to $500,000.  For properties located in other counties located within the state of California, please contact us for the applicable conforming loan limit.  Restrictions and conditions apply if your loan amount is above $417,000 but less than the new loan limit for the county within which the property being financed is located.


Flood, property hazard and/or mortgage insurance may be required and may result in a higher APR.  If the loan includes an escrow impound account, any changes to the cost of real estate taxes and insurance may affect the total monthly payment amount.
