Established in 1982, and headquartered in Charlotte, NC, UVEST was one of the first firms in the country to offer institution-based investment programs once the laws were revised to allow financial institutions to offer non-deposit securities.  A team of former bankers and investment industry veterans founded UVEST Financial Services for the sole purpose of enabling financial institutions to offer an array of financial services to their members.  UVEST is privately held, with no ownership interest from vendors of investment products, or other potentially conflicting relationships.

UVEST's experience and presence in small to mid-size financial institutions gives UVEST the added advantage of understanding their customers' environment, culture and mind-set.  Our existing client base consists of over 230 financial institutions located throughout United States and whose assets total to more than $70 Billion.

UVEST is dedicated to providing competitive investment and wealth management programs to financial institutions and independent financial services companies.  UVEST is a registered broker/dealer and a member of the NASD, SIPC and SIA.  UVEST has a strategic alliance with Pershing LLC, who is a clearing partner on all trades.  Pershing also provides all back-office functions including extensive research and preparation of individual customer's statements.  Pershing services over 500 securities dealers in the U.S., a volume that accounts for over 10% of the trading volume on the New York Stock Exchange.
