PLCU is committed to serving the entire family with special accounts for specific age groups.  Each program is a step on the road to becoming a financially responsible adult.

The first step is kid stuff

The Looney Tunes Savings Club
(ages up to 12)

Get your kids in the saving habit!  Encourage them to deposit part of the money they receive for birthdays, holidays and chores into a Looney Tunes account.  Work with them to teach them about setting goals and how to track their growing balances.

You can open a Looney Tunes account with just $5.  Any child up to age 12 with a parent or guardian who’s a PLCU member is eligible.  Looney Tunes Savings Club members get:

• Their own savings account where every penny earns interest
• A Welcome Kit with membership card, Looney Tunes pencil, coin holders, passbook and deposit slips
• Gifts for each deposit
• Birthday card from club president Bugs Bunny
